Job Description

Your Role & Main Responsibilities
The Flightscape Delivery Team is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for Flight Plan Manager and related products from the portfolio.

Main responsibilities:

  • Act as a Business Subject Matter Expert (BSME) across the end-to-end solution implementation lifecycle.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the application’s user interface with a focus on functional business solutions.
  • Apply knowledge of technical processes to support implementation, installation, and customer integration of the Flight Planning Suite.
  • Participate in onsite and remote customer meetings as a BSME.
  • Collaborate with project managers, account managers, implementation teams, and development resources to meet customer expectations.
  • Support issue resolution during solution adoption and post-production maintenance/service request phases.
