Responsibilities

  • Lead elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements, ensuring clarity, traceability, and alignment with transformation outcomes
  • Manage detailed functional and non-functional specifications reflecting real business needs
  • Collaborate with SMEs to define target-state processes, data needs, and user journeys
