If you're an experienced Bridging Underwriter looking for more than a transactional underwriting role, this is an opportunity to influence how a growing specialist lender develops its underwriting function. You'll work on complex bridging transactions while building a clear pathway towards a future Head of Underwriting position.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll have the autonomy to make commercially balanced lending decisions, contribute to underwriting strategy, and play an important role in the next stage of the business's growth.
