Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the brand’s visual identity, logo systems, typography, color, iconography, imagery, and layout, ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and design toolkits for internal and external teams.
• Lead the design of campaigns across digital, social, print, OOH, packaging, and in‑store retail environments.
• Transform briefs and brand strategy into strong creative concepts and execute them to a polished, production‑ready standard.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and communications teams and brief‑manage external agencies and vendors when needed.
• Review and guide the work of junior designers, providing creative direction and quality control.
• Manage multiple projects end to end, balancing deadlines, feedback rounds, and brand standards.
