Responsibilities

  • Define and implement activation plans aligned with regional strategy and local market needs.
  • Adapt global campaigns into relevant, impactful local activations across markets.
  • Lead product launches and execute go-to-market strategies ensuring strong market entry and adoption.
  • Define KPIs, track performance, and optimize activities to drive growth and profitability.
  • Generate and analyze market, customer, and competitive insights to inform decision‑making.
  • Partner with commercial, clinical, and regional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
  • Manage marketing investments, monitor results, and contribute to overall business performance.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field, ideally with exposure to healthcare.
