Job Description
Bacardi is seeking a Beverage Process & Technology Manager for the Geneva center. You will lead the development, optimization and implementation of beverage processing technologies to ensure product quality, efficiency and safety across manufacturing operations.
You will liaise with R&D, production, QA and engineering to drive continuous improvement, validate new equipment, and support ESG initiatives. Travel up to 25% may be required.
