Al Maha, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa is seeking a dedicated Bartender/Sommelier to join our team. The role requires a strong focus on guest service, wine expertise, and meticulous bar operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Guest & Wine Service
  • Answer guest questions regarding wine origin, vintage, and style.
  • Prepare and serve drinks according to specified recipes using accurate measuring systems.
  • Issue, open, and serve wine or champagne bottles.
  • Communicate last call and ensure compliance with local laws.
• Bar Operations
  • Perform bottle‑for‑bottle liquor restock and manage inventory of all supplies.
  • Requisition supplies and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
  • Secure all liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
  • Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly.
