Senior Backend/Full-Stack Engineer (AI Product)

One of the fastest-growing AI-native startups that collaborates with Joppy is looking for a Senior Backend/Full-Stack Engineer (primarily backend) to help build our conversational, agentic AI platform, integrations and APIs. You'll architect and scale production-grade systems supporting hiring, onboarding, and employee experiences in real enterprise environments, working with LLMs and autonomous agents as part of the stack.

What You'll Do:

• Build and scale production-grade backend systems
• Implement end-to-end features
• Make pragmatic technical decisions balancing innovation with reliability
