Nexperia in Malaysia is seeking a Backend Equipment Engineer (Staff) to lead equipment introduction, qualification, and ongoing improvements in the backend test operations. This role focuses on reliability, process quality, and manufacturing performance through structured project management and cross-functional collaboration.
You will oversee NEI projects, LOH and EFMEA improvements, QA audit responses, and support design and process buy-off activities to ensure readiness for production.
