Join our dynamic team in Kolkata as a Senior Backend & Data Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our data infrastructure and backend systems. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and other engineers to build scalable and reliable solutions that power our data-driven products. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver valuable insights and improve the user experience for our customers.
You will use Claude Code, Cursor, and Python-based Agents to automate the creation of ETL pipelines and API scaffolding. Your value is measured by your ability to design a self-healing data ecosystem where 90% of the manual data cleaning is handled by the AI agents you build. Core Responsibilities:
