About the Role
As the Senior Audio-Visual Service Officer, you’ll be responsible for the delivery, support, and ongoing maintenance of critical audio-visual technology across the organisation. You will provide technical leadership in the installation, configuration, monitoring, and support of integrated AV systems, including audio systems, video conferencing platforms, digital signal processors (DSPs), control systems, display technologies, recording solutions, and telephony services.
