The Senior Technology Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of all information technology services for clients and employees, including networking, desktop support, audio, video, HSIA, audio & video conferencing, webcasting, and advanced rigging best practices, and large scale event logistics. They ensure exceptional experiences for all meetings, conferences, and work-related technology needs by working closely with clients and collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Production team members. Additionally, the Senior Technology Manager will supervise Technology Managers, AV Supervisors, AV Operations Specialists, and other AV personnel providing guidance, training, and support for their personal, technical, and overall career development.
