The Opportunity
As a Senior Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of engagements, oversee the preparation and review of working papers, financial statements, and tax returns, and ensure quality service delivery for a diverse client base. You will be responsible for coaching junior team members, contributing to internal training, and strengthening client relationships. This role offers variety, leadership responsibilities, and the chance to shape the growth of yourself, your team, and your career. You will work closely with Partners and Principals, and will be supported by our dedicated Leadership Development Program.
Qualifications
- 5+ years post‑CPA hands‑on experience in a public accounting firm with experience in managing compilation, review, audit and/or tax engagements
