: This position is for a 12-month contract.

Reporting to theSenior Director,SLCAccounting and Controls,theSenior Associate,serves as a member of the SLC Finance team andis responsibleforsupporting thelegal entity accounting,reportingand controlprocesses includingdata inputs into SLC’s Management Equity Plan (MEP).In addition, the role supportsthemonthly and quarterlyaccountingandreportingcloseprocesses as well assupport variousSLC initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to interact with many groups acrossSLC and Sun Lifeas we continue to build the business. It also provides exposure to various aspects of finance such as accounting, reporting, and analytics.The ideal candidate willbe a self-driven individualwho takes ownership and pridein their work,have an inquiring mindset with a passion forworking withnew technologyand processes,andability to navigate through ambiguity.
