**Senior Associate Scientist, R&D Chemistry Job Description**
We are currently seeking a synthetic organic chemist for the R&D (Research & Development) Chemistry group. In this position, they will play an important role in supporting Regeneron small molecule antibody-conjugate drug discovery capabilities, providing an important link with the company’s existing expertise in biologics and novel genetic medicines. The candidate will enable in-house laboratory-based synthetic chemistry activities towards the discovery and generation of novel small-molecule payloads and linkers for antibody-drug conjugate therapeutics across research areas of oncology, metabolic disease/obesity, infectious diseases, immunology and inflammation, neuroscience, and ophthalmology. Cultural fit with the Regeneron chemistry and cross-functional teams is a priority.
