The Real Estate Advisory Group (REAG) within Kroll provides clients with expert advice across a range of property asset classes throughout Dubai. We support a variety of client interests from financing, secured lending, purchase price allocation, merger and acquisition support, to financial reporting, agency due diligence and property restructuring. Currently an opportunity exists to join our market‑leading valuation advisory team, providing advice to institutional and corporate stakeholders and property companies across Europe and the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of valuation advice across both commercial and residential property in line with RICS Red Book requirements.
• Perform local and national real estate market analysis using all accepted and relevant approaches and theory.
• Draft internal and external reports and presentation material for review by Senior Managers, Directors and Managing Directors.
