Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement impactful change management communications strategies using the ADKAR model to support organizational transformations (e.g., systems migration, process improvements). This includes developing comprehensive communication materials to drive an increase in awareness and change readiness, directly supporting the scaling of PCMC initiatives.

Conceptualize, produce, and deliver high-quality video content from initial ideation and storyboarding to filming, editing, and final delivery, using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva etc. Craft engaging written content and design for various internal communications channels (e.g., end to end campaigns, presentations, internal websites) to support Group Tech communications.
