About the role:
You will play a pivotal role in scaling and deepening Bhumi’s SEL interventions in schools. You will co-lead the design, development, and execution of a holistic SEL program, mentor team, and build partnerships with schools, government bodies, and other organizations. This role demands a strong passion to drive meaningful impact in children's and educators’ social emotional development across Bhumi’s partner schools. Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the creation of SEL frameworks and training modules suited for diverse school settings. Facilitate workshops and training sessions for educators and school leaders.
Collect, track, and report program data to inform improvements and meet reporting requirements.
Guide fellows through coaching, reflection, and practice-based feedback.
Educational Qualification/Experience:
Educational Degree : Graduate, post-graduate, or fellowship in relevant fields such as Psychology, Education, or Social Work.
