Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Supporting our clients on multiple projects on research and Analytics related to Modeling:
- Building financial models including DCF, LBO, football field valuation as the core deliverable across client engagements
- Analysing debt maturity profiles, refinancing requirements, and covenant headroom
- Supporting restructuring workstreams through covenant headroom analysis and downside case modelling
- Supporting pitch books, information memoranda, and teasers with both model-derived outputs and written content
- Conducting comparable company, precedent transactions, and debt comparable analysis
- Producing industry and macroeconomic research notes and periodic market updates
- It would involve engaging clients independently on calls and e-mails
