About The Role

The Assistant Finance Manager (Financial Reporting) supports the financial reporting, consolidation, and regulatory compliance functions within a fast-growing FinTech environment. This role ensures accurate and timely reporting while navigating complex financial products, digital transactions, and evolving regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights on revenue streams (e.g., transaction fees, interest income).
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of high-volume digital transaction data (e.g., payments, wallet platforms).
• Support regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., submissions to central banks or financial authorities).
