Senior Associate (Corp Funds), Jersey

A prestigious, award-winning offshore law firm based in the Channel Islands is seeking a senior associate to join its top tier Corporate Funds teams in Jersey, Channel Islands. This position will concentrate on managing multi-jurisdictional transactions. Transactions may include M&A, (re)structuring, the formation of vehicles of various kinds (including investment funds and incentive arrangements) and debt and/or equity financing. Individuals will work as part of a team and lead on complex transactions.
