Purpose
The purpose of this designation is to ensure smooth operations of combined cycle power plant and its auxiliaries as per OEM guidelines and operational best practices. Hence to monitor GT, ST, HRSG and all the other auxiliaries for safe operation.
Supervision of subordinates and helpers effectively, while also liaise successfully with other sections related to Operational issues.
To monitor the plant operations vigilantly and maintain the records and report any abnormality observed in the parameters during regular operations, or during startup/shutdown. Hence ensuring that plant is operated with Plant Availability, Reliability and Efficiency at an optimum level...
