Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor UI/UX designers, graphic designers, and creative teams.
• Define creative direction and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
• Conduct UX Research, create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Design and review high fidelity UI for web & mobile and enterprise applications.
• Establish and maintain design systems and components libraries.
