Job Description
Responsibilities
- Producing and overseeing technical design and contract documents in compliance with owner requirements, in collaboration with project teams.
- Working with team members to validate that designs and deliverables conform to technical guidelines, code requirements, regulations, quality assurance and control.
- Providing technical design solutions for both new and renovation projects including interior and exterior assemblies.
- Leading assembly of specifications for projects using the NMS format.
- Coordinating and leading internal production teams.
- Coordinating with project sub‑consultants.
- Providing technical mentoring and project leadership to office staff.
- Assisting with contract administration including site visits and working with construction contractors.
