Job Description
Pear Tree. is looking for a Senior Architectural Technician to join its offshore team in Manila. You will be responsible for producing accurate, consent-ready drawings and collaborating extensively with a New Zealand-based Senior Architect.
This role requires at least 5 years of experience in architectural documentation, familiarity with New Zealand Building Code, and proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
The salary is up to NZD 3,000 per month, with working hours from Monday to Friday.
