Senior Architect/ Technician - Education/ Community projects

Full time Architects, Surveyors, and Cartographers

Our client is seeking an experienced technical lead with strong experience on complex projects. Ideally this will include NSW experience and specific experience in delivery stages of projects in the range of $50- $70M. The right candidate will be confident working with PMs, contractors and leading team members. An opportunity to mentor younger staff members and longer term take on a greater role within the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects up to $150M  in value (typically $50- $70M)
• Lead and manage small teams
• Work closely with external consultants, PMs and contractors
• Undertake project reviews from advanced concept to completion
• Oversee and preparation of working drawings, detailing and delivery and implementation of drawing packages
• Key role in delivery including site stages and contract reviews
