Talents Tide is Hiring – Senior Architect (Dubai, UAE)
Talents Tide is looking for an experienced Senior Architect on behalf of our client in Dubai . The ideal candidate will have strong contracting experience, excellent coordination skills, and in-depth knowledge of UAE regulations and codes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical architectural support across all project stages
Review and coordinate IFC, TQ, PTC, and contract documents
Review and manage subcontractors shop drawings and material submittals
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and green building codes
Coordinate between Architecture, Structural, MEP, and other disciplines
Resolve design and technical issues prior to construction
Lead and manage architects, engineers, and draftsmen
