Senior Architect - BIM & Construction Oversight

Candidates are required to fulfill the following roles and responsibilities:

Project Coordination role

• Co-ordinate, organize & prepare drawing in Schematic, Design Development, Tender and Construction stage with Design Team
• Carry out regular meetings with both internal and external Project Team members
• Check drawing for compliance to latest code for URA, BCA and Technical Departments, from inception to completion of project
• Coordinate design, technical and code compliance matters with all consultants

Authority Submission and Construction Supervision role

• Prepare drawing and/or BIM Model for submission to authority for approval via E-Corenet Submission system
• Lead internal BIM/Drafting team, i.e. plan and schedule work for delegation to BIM Modeller/Draftsperson in the project team
• Assist Project Director/QP during Construction Stage for RFI/RFA
