Job Description
Senior Applications Engineer
JOB PURPOSE
Sales and marketing of process equipment as well as technical support for commissioning, operating and maintenance
of installed machines, repairs and spares. The role includes coaching/mentoring junior colleagues.
Position Function and Requirements:
Administration
- Ensure all expenditure submissions, reports, and checklists are completed accurately and within required deadlines.
- Maintain effective administrative processes that support operational efficiency and compliance.
Customer Service:
- Respond promptly to client requests while providing technical support, training, and operational guidance.
- Identify improvement opportunities and resolve non-compliance issues to enhance customer satisfaction and equipment performance.
