Job DescriptionProvide engineering and technical support for custom engineered product lines from preliminary and design phases through completed contracts.
Work along with the application engineering supervisor to support an integral Xylem sales team as well as distributors and representatives to provide product support through specification review, cost estimates, proposal creation.ResponsibilitiesProvide Applications Engineering support to channel partners, distributors and end users.Provide optimal design selections based on customer requirements.Estimate project costing and negotiate lead times.Collaborate with purchasing team and other stakeholders to obtain costing for components as required.Support maintenance of CRM funnel to ensure opportunity visibility by field sales team.Develop technical depth and understanding of Xylem products and applications.Conduct Project Engineering activities during submittal development and order fulfillment.Collaborate with other technica...
