Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work with senior leaders to scope and design Appian solutions that meet client expectations and business needs
- Lead scrum teams to deliver on-time solutions following agile methodology
- Develop software solutions as a member of a software delivery team
- Mentor and develop Junior Appian Developers and maintain technical knowledge
Requirements
- 2+ years leading software development teams implementing Appian
- 4-6 years of experience in software development engagements
- Experience in database and system integration
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Advanced database knowledge including stored procedures, triggers, functions, and explain plans
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as software engineering, engineering, or computer science
- US Citizenship required
