Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Review and undertake full investigation of alerts escalated from Level 2 and ensure Potential / True Matches are closed as appropriate; False Positives are discounted as appropriate; RFIs are raised if client information is insufficient to take a decision or to determine if the Alert is a PEP or not.
  • Ensure process productivity and quality targets are set, monitored, and achieved to ensure optimum resource utilisation and achievement of business objectives and customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Complete MI and other business data requirements accurately and present supporting statistics, reports, and returns to business/management within agreed timescales.
  • Complete investigations/decisions within defined SLAs documented within the Global Procedures and as per the standards agreed in the process.
