Job Description
Drive impactful business strategies as a Senior Business Analyst in a dynamic onsite role. This 6+ month contract focuses on stakeholder engagement and effective IT cost management.
With a requirement of 7+ years in stakeholder management and reporting, you will be key in aligning on cost-saving strategies in IT operations. Your hands-on experience with Asana, JIRA, and strong MS Office skills will enable you to develop effective business cases and documentation needed for successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Elicit and refine business requirements from stakeholders
• Create process, data flow, and use case models
• Manage and report stakeholder engagement KPIs
• Support utilization tracking and project resolution
• Develop performance measures and follow-up documentation
Requirements:
• 7+ years in business analysis with stakeholder management
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
• Experience with enterprise project management tools
