About the Role
Join the Human Resources team as a Senior HRMS Analyst, reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Systems & Payroll. This role manages and maintains TransAlta’s HR Systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, third‑party vendor applications, and their interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Work with the People & Talent team to understand business needs and define system requirements.
- Configure, test, and implement solutions in SuccessFactors; manage annual HR processes for compensation and performance reviews.
- Investigate and implement automated solutions to improve operational efficiency.
