At Evonik, we are looking for a Senior Analyst Collector to join our team and drive excellence in accounts receivable, collections strategy, and team coordination.
What will you do?
- Monitor assigned accounts and identify outstanding debts
- Develop and execute strategies to recover overdue payments
- Manage key customer portfolios
- Contact customers and resolve past-due situations
- Negotiate payment terms and resolve disputes
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with Credit, Cash, and Customer Service teams
- Monitor and guide junior team members’ daily activities
- Support internal/external audits and insurance reporting
