Title: Senior Analyst Card Operations, Business Process - Scarborough

Purpose

The Senior Analyst, Business Process is responsible for the end-to-end change management and sustainment of all vendor-related changes for Retail Products Unsecured Lending. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Liaison with all internal stakeholders and vendors; ensure all applicable stakeholders are kept informed and aware of all updates and provide sign off for all vendor-related activities.
• Work with vendors to ensure all activities are completed accurately and on a timely basis.
• Responsible for the change requests for all vendors who are affected by any change activities including projects where content changes need to be made (i.e. correspondence releases, welcome packages, and inserts/messaging).
