Overview
The People & Workforce Analytics Analyst partners with Organizational Design, HR, Finance, and business leaders to provide data-driven insights that support organizational design activities. This role is responsible for maintaining and analyzing HRIS and workforce datasets, developing org structure models, creating dashboards and visualizations, and identifying actionable insights related to organizational effectiveness, workforce health, talent, and business performance. The analyst serves as a key contributor to enterprise organizational design, M&A integration, workforce planning, and people analytics efforts by delivering high-quality data, reporting, modeling, and analytical support.
