Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and optimization of AA coupling technical solutions and process flows.
  • Drive process evaluation, DOE verification, failure analysis, and provide technical risk assessments and improvement plans.
  • Lead yield improvement, cost reduction, process stability enhancement, and manufacturing efficiency optimization.
  • Responsible for key process development and technical breakthroughs for new products.
  • Lead the transfer of new products from R&D to mass production, ensuring product performance, quality, and yield targets are achieved.
  • Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting support during pilot runs and mass production.
  • Establish process standards, SOPs, FMEA, SPC/CPK monitoring systems, and related engineering documentation.
