We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and support advanced AI, Generative AI, and Conversational AI solutions. This role focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and efficient AI‑powered customer engagement solutions, including conversational IVR systems, virtual assistants, and AI agents. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in cloud‑based AI technologies, particularly within AWS environments, and a proven ability to build enterprise‑grade AI systems.
