Senior AI Engineer
At Hays, we are partnering with a leading technology-driven company to support the development and scaling of advanced AI systems in production.
The mission is to design, build, and optimize agentic AI systems within a multi-tenant SaaS environment, leveraging modern orchestration frameworks and LLM technologies to deliver robust, scalable, and high-quality solutions. These systems involve multi-agent architectures, supervisor–specialist routing, MCP integrations, human-in-the-loop workflows, and strong evaluation and observability practices.
What you will do
- Design and build production LLM-based systems
- Architect and implement multi-agent workflows using orchestration frameworks (LangGraph preferred)
