Be a key player at CI Financial as a Senior AI Engineer, focusing on Generative and Agentic AI in a collaborative in-office environment. This position emphasizes applied technology and mentorship within the Data, AI & Analytics team.
CI Financial is seeking an experienced AI Engineer with a strong technical background. You will work with existing large language models (LLMs) to create innovative solutions and lead the development of advanced AI applications. Your role will include mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with various stakeholders to implement production-grade AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and develop intelligent systems using existing LLMs
• Design agentic AI systems for complex business workflows
• Prototype scalable AI platforms for reuse across use cases
• Build web app AI solutions with frameworks like React
• Set best practices for Generative AI solution design
