Cpl Recruitment is partnering with an international organisation that is continuing to invest heavily in its AI Engineering capability. They are seeking a Principal AI Architect / Staff Engineer to help define the technical vision for a new generation of AI-powered products while remaining deeply involved in architecture, design and hands-on software engineering.
This is a senior technical leadership position suited to someone who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, influencing architectural direction, and building scalable AI platforms that support production workloads. You'll work alongside engineering, product and leadership teams to establish best practices, mentor experienced engineers and help shape the future of AI across the organisation.
