Job Description
ARC AI, based in George, Western Cape, seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and operate AI agent systems powering ARC AI products. You will own architecture, evaluation pipelines, production reliability, guardrails, and backend integrations in a production environment.
You will enforce architectural decisions that ensure secure, compliant, and reliable operation, including POPIA/GDPR considerations, with a focus on production readiness over rapid prototyping.
