Summary of responsibilities:

The Senior Advisor, Procurement and Contracting is responsible for providing advice, and leading the full procurement life-cycle for complex, high-value, and strategically important requirements, often involving sensitive or high-impact considerations, necessary to support the organization in meeting its operational objectives with considerable autonomy. The position is responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that promote transparency, openness, fairness, and value for money, while ensuring compliance with CATSA’s Procurement and Contracting Policy, applicable procedures, trade agreement obligations, approval authorities, and broader Government of Canada initiatives as implemented by CATSA. The Senior Advisor, Procurement and Contracting performs all other duties and responsibilities related to the position as required.
