Summary The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) is a separate Agency of the Department of War (DoW) under the direction, authority, and control of the Under Secretary of War for Intelligence and Security (USW (I&S)). This position is placed in the Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and reports to the Chief Information Officer. Responsibilities The Chief, Digital and Artificial Intelligence Officer (CDAO) serves as the senior advisor to senior management on how best to ensure Enterprise IT Data Management fully and economically supporting DCSA's business operations and customer needs.
