The role holder will be responsible for the daily operations of the accounts receivable and credit control functions to ensure compliance with the University's policies, statutory requirements, approved accounting standard
The position reports to the Manager, Accounts Receivable.
The role will be based at the University's campus in Putrajaya, the administrative capital of Malaysia.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for daily Accounts Receivable operations and ensuring that accounting records and systems comply with the University's policies, approved accounting standards, tax requirements (eg. E-invoice and Sales and services tax(SST)) and any other related statutory.
Responsible for the end to end credit control and debt management processes to ensure prompt collections, to generate the customer ageing report on a daily basis to monitor the credit status and to ensure prompt actio...
