Senior Accounts Payable Accountant (Bilingual)

POSITION SUMMARY

This position supports the Latin America business unit and is responsible for day-to-day Accounts Payables for multiple legal entities, performing moderately complex AP activities in accordance with policies, principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper accounting treatment.
• Perform detailed reconciliations (vendor, intercompany, and aging) and investigate variances.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex discrepancies across invoices, payments, and master data.
• Analyze expenses by profit center and provide insights on variances or inconsistencies.
• Prepare supporting schedules and analytical reports for month-end close and financial reporting.
• Review and post domestic and foreign invoices in SAP, ensuring compliance with accounting policies.
