Job Responsibilities
* Lead the preparation and review of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements and company policies.
* Develop, implement and maintain effective internal controls, accounting policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial performance analysis to support strategic business decisions.
* Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT, withholding tax and corporate income tax, while coordinating with tax consultants, regulatory authorities and external auditors.
* Lead, mentor and develop the accounting team while fostering a high-performance and collaborative work environment.
