Senior Accounting & Invoicing Specialist

Full-time Finance

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Prepare and reviewcustomer invoices and ensure timely billing

Monitor collections and prepareaccounts receivable aging reports

Maintain and reconciledaily/weekly cash reports

Preparation offinancial statements

Ensureaccounting schedules are regularly updated

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar senior accounting role

BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office applications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
