Key Performance Area (KPA) Financial Statements Compilation and review of annual financial statements Record keeping of working paper files Accounting processing and financial reporting Monthly processing of bank statements, supplier and customer capturing reconciliations VAT Management VAT calculations, reconciliations and submission to SARS Income Tax returns Submission of Annual Income tax and Provisional tax returns for Companies, Individuals and Trusts SARS Compliance Ensure all SARS correspondence is attended to in a professional and timeous manner Competencies and abilities Cognitive ability to learn and understand quickly Interpersonal skills: such as telephone skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer care Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly Self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with team members and clients Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-unde...
